The staff members were nice and suggested local places. The hotel was in a good and magnificent location very close to the authentic british eatery, main square, and the Aquarium and other places of interest.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The decoration throughout the hotel was charming and had a cozy atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The general areas, including the courtyard, were beautifully designed and well-kept. It was a delight to relax and socialize in such pleasant surroundings. Moreover, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive. There were no stairs or any obstacles for people with walking difficulties, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
Although my overall experience was great, I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, and I think having more knowledgeable and attentive staff members would have enhanced the vacation for senior guests.
